Step 1: Transcribe normally
Paste your video URL or upload a file. The source-language transcription is generated as usual.
Step 2: Pick target languages
On the result page, click "Translated subtitles" and select every language you need. Pro accounts can batch 3 languages per video; Enterprise accounts can batch up to 50.
Step 3: Download the files
ScribeVids translates the Whisper segments while preserving timestamps, then exports SRT, VTT and TXT for every language in parallel. Results are cached per language so repeat downloads are instant.
Tips for accurate translation
- Edit your source transcript first — fixing brand names and technical terms before translation propagates the corrections to every language.
- For right-to-left languages (Arabic, Hebrew), check that your player respects the RTL flag in the SRT/VTT.
- For Asian languages with no spaces between words (Chinese, Japanese, Thai), the auto-burn engine uses script-aware line breaking.
